We have reserved a block of rooms at $99 plus tax per night for the dates of the conference.   Please call in, individually, and give your name and credit card information, as you would for a reservation at the hotel, it will just be under the AHEA group name. This is on first come first served basis, so please reserve as soon as you can.

If people are traveling from far, there is a train into downtown New Haven.  We are about 18 minutes by car from that station.  There are cab companies, Uber and Lyft.  There is a public bus from New Haven that drops off one block from the hotel.

Our hotel offers a full breakfast buffet every morning, which is free for our guests.  There is also free wi-fi and parking.  There is a restaurant on our property that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
