AHEA Research Presentation Awards

AHEA is accepting applications for the annual AHEA Research Presentation Awards. These awards support scholars by contributing to expenses related to attendance at AHEA’s annual in-person conference. To be eligible for this award, a person should:

  1. Have an abstract accepted for presentation at the upcoming AHEA Conference.
  2. Work at an institution of higher education.
  3. Be or become a member of AHEA. http://ahea.net/members/membership-information
  4. (AHEA Board members are ineligible to apply.)

Amount Awarded: $ 500. USD, the number of awards each year is dependent upon the availability of funding.

Application requirements:

  1. Submit a personal statement (max 200 words) how funds from the award will be used.
  2. Submit a current CV.
  3. Submit the abstract that was accepted for presentation at the AHEA conference.

Criteria: Based on a holistic review by an interdisciplinary review committee
